Today we’re going to talk with Margaret Tantillo, the Executive Director of Dress for Success of Western Massachusetts, about change, resilience, and how she uncovered strategies for success in the midst of a messy patch. Margaret has dedicated her career working with nonprofits to improve the lives of women and girls. She has over 20 years of experience and proven success in nonprofit management. Past experience includes a senior leadership position for a statewide organization with over 65,000 members and an eleven-million dollar budget.

We’ll talk with Margaret about a past experience in which the organization she worked for went through a major transition and how she was not emotionally equipped to deal with change at that time. We’ll talk about how she got through that messy patch and then made the commitment to learn about change and how it impacts individuals and organizations, and how those lessons prepared her to be a strong and impactful leader during a global pandemic.
